―日本のスタンダード―肝癌に対する外来化学療法

要旨：現在のところ，肝細胞癌に対して，わが国におけるgolden standardと考えられる化学療法は存在していないのが実情である．単剤で効果を認める薬剤はcisplatin，epirubicin，mitoxantroneなどであり，主に肝動注化学療法の有効性が報告されており，low dose FP療法やインターフェロン併用化学療法がその代表的なものである．今後，大規模無作為比較試験によってその有効性が明らかとなると考えられる．外科的には，腫瘍栓併存などの高度進行例におけるdownstagingによる切除例数の増加や術後補助療法などが今後の外科治療戦略のなかで重要になっていくと考えられる．
