―日本のスタンダード―乳癌に対する外来化学療法

要旨：乳がんの生命予後を改善するには，全身治療としての補助療法を適応基準に従って適切に行うことが重要である．現在，補助療法としてエビデンスのあるレジメンはアントラサイクリン系薬剤を含むレジメンとタキサン系薬剤のレジメン，およびその併用とCMF療法である．化学療法が必要な症例に対して手術前に化学療法を行う術前化学療法は，個々の乳がんに対する薬剤感受性を知ることおよび乳房温存率の向上に有用である．転移・再発を起こしてしまった患者においてはquality of life（QOL）と延命を考慮した治療戦略が必要で，ホルモン療法剤や化学療法剤の特性を理解し，順次投与していく．
