破骨細胞様巨細胞を伴う乳癌の1例

はじめに

　破骨細胞様巨細胞（osteoclast-like giant cells：以下，OCGC）を伴う乳腺悪性腫瘍は乳癌全体の0.5～1.2％と非常に稀である^1）．今回，筆者らはその1切除例を経験したので報告する．
