甲状腺乳頭癌の内頸静脈と腕頭静脈内腫瘍塞栓症の1手術例

はじめに

　わが国において乳頭癌は甲状腺癌のなかで大部分を占め，その予後は比較的良好とされているが，年齢や性別，遠隔転移の有無，腫瘍の大きさ・浸潤の程度によって予後に相違がみられる^1）．

　今回われわれは甲状腺乳頭癌が左内頸静脈と左腕頭静脈内へ進展した腫瘍塞栓症の稀な1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
