文献概要

要旨：近年，CDCによる「Guideline for Prevention of Surgical Site Infection, 1999」をもとに，根拠に基づいた周術期管理が行われている．実際には残された課題も多く，現場で対策を実施するうえで施設の現状を踏まえたSSI（surgical site infection）対策の実践が望まれる．そのなかで，ICN（infection control nurse）の立場から，ケアの一環として介入するSSI対策の視点とその内容について解説する．
