回盲部に消化管間質腫瘍様の壁内転移をきたした子宮頸癌の1例

はじめに

　末期癌を除き，消化管，特に大腸への癌転移は少ないが，そのなかでも悪性黒色腫^1,2），肺癌^3,4），乳癌^5～9）は大腸転移の報告がみられる．他臓器原発癌の消化管転移は稀で，散発的に報告がみられるにすぎない．

　今回，われわれは回盲部に消化管間質腫瘍様の転移をきたした子宮頸癌症例を経験した．子宮頸癌の大腸転移はほかに1例の報告^10）がみられるにすぎない．本症例は術前，子宮頸癌の再発・大腸転移の診断に至らず，術後の病理組織検査にて初めて確定診断を得た．子宮頸癌が進行癌ではなかったこと，子宮頸癌の大腸転移は稀であること，消化器症状が術後に施行された全骨盤照射に由来すると判断していたことから，回盲部への子宮頸癌転移を鑑別診断として挙げ得なかった．興味ある症例と考え，文献的考察を加えて報告する．
