転移性肝癌に対する肝移植

要旨：肝悪性腫瘍に対する究極の肝切除として，理論的には肝全摘および肝移植という方法があり，初期には肝切除が不可能な様々な転移性肝癌に対しても肝移植が行われた．しかし，現時点では成績が不良であるために，原発が神経内分泌腫瘍の肝転移例を除いては肝移植の適応はないと考えられている．本稿では，神経内分泌腫瘍による転移性肝癌に対する肝移植を中心に，文献的考察を加えながら概説した．
