転移性肺癌との鑑別に苦慮した結節性珪肺症の1例

はじめに

　珪肺症（silicosis）は最も古くからある職業性肺疾患として知られており，シリカに曝露され，長期にわたって吸入すると発症する．最近では珪肺症に合併した肺癌の報告もみられ^1），悪性疾患との鑑別診断が重要である．

　今回，われわれは甲状腺乳頭癌の肺転移との鑑別に苦慮した結節性珪肺症の1例を経験したので報告する．
