マンモトーム生検を行った乳腺石灰乳石灰化の1例

はじめに

　乳腺石灰乳石灰化とは乳腺囊胞内に析出・沈澱したカルシウムによる石灰化である^1）．マンモグラフィ上で石灰乳石灰化を正確に認識することの意義は，生検を含めたそれ以上の不必要な検査や経過観察を省略できることにあるが^2），典型的なX線所見を示さない石灰乳も少なくない^3）．

　今回，われわれは乳腺石灰乳石灰化症例に対して吸引式乳房組織生検（vacuum-assisted core needle biopsy：以下，マンモトーム生検）を行う機会を得たので，若干の考察を加え報告する．
