文献概要

要旨　内痔核に対するゴム輪結紮療法は，内痔核の根部にゴム輪をかけることによって痔核に阻血性の変化を起こし痔核を壊死脱落させるものであり，外来で行うことのできる簡便で低侵襲な手技である．その適応はGoligher分類第Ⅱ度，第Ⅲ度の内痔核である．外痔核成分の大きい内外痔核（混合痔核）に応用する場合は，その程度や症状を十分に考慮して適応しなければならない．一般的な合併症として疼痛や出血が挙げられるが，臨床的に問題となることは少ない．治療効果も十分に満足のいくものであり，手術治療を行う前に選択される治療法の1つである．
