生体肝移植レシピエント手術のクリニカルパス作成と運用後評価

はじめに

　現在，外科における主要手術のほとんどにおいてクリニカルパス（以下，パス）が作成され，運用されている^1～5）．しかし，肝移植レシピエント手術は術後経過に個人差が大きく画一化しにくいため，消化器外科領域では最もパス作成が困難とされてきた．そこで，成人生体肝移植レシピエントにおけるパスを作成・運用し，バリアンス評価を試みたので報告する．
