上行結腸inflammatory fibroid polypの1例

はじめに

　Inflammatory fibroid polyp（以下，IFP）は消化管に発生する原因不明の炎症性腫瘤である．その発生は胃や小腸に多く，大腸発生例はきわめて稀とされている^1）．

　今回，われわれは上行結腸に発生したIFPに対して腹腔鏡下手術を施行した1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
