肺癌に対するadjuvant/neoadjuvant chemotherapy

要旨：肺癌治療において現在まで手術のみで良好な成績が得られているのは早期の非小細胞肺癌であり，従来から外科的切除が最も確実性の高い治療法とされてきた．しかし，進行癌では手術のみでは未だ良好な成績が得られていないのが現状であり，手術成績の向上を目的に術前および術後化学療法の試験が多数行われている．術前化学療法は試験によって結果が異なり，未だ明らかな有効性は証明されていない．一方，術後化学療法では，複数の試験において病理病期ⅠB，Ⅱ，ⅢA期完全切除例に対して術後化学療法を行うことが推奨されるようになった．しかし，どのような病期にどのような化学療法を行うことが最適であるのかは未だ分かっていない．
