無症候性の膵ガストリノーマの1例

はじめに

　Zollinger-Ellison症候群はガストリン産生細胞の腫瘍性増殖により生じる症候群であり^1,2），胃酸分泌過多，非定型的難治性あるいは再発性消化性潰瘍，膵島非β細胞由来の腫瘍を3徴とする．無症候性のガストリノーマの報告は少なく，今回われわれはその1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
