文献概要

要旨：漢方薬剤は，作用機序の解明とエビデンスの蓄積により適応疾患の拡大が期待されている．消化管運動不全症例に対して漢方薬が用いられるようになり，その作用が解明されつつある．大建中湯は消化管粘膜を介してコリン作動性神経とセロトニン3受容体を刺激し，消化管収縮を引き起こす．その作用は臨床において消化器手術後の腸閉塞予防に用いられている．六君子湯はL-arginen，NOを介して胃の適応性弛緩を増強すると報告されている．臨床では運動不全型のNUD（non-ulcer dyspepsia）に効果が確認されている．今後，漢方はエビデンスに基づき，消化管運動機能障害に対して広く使われると思われる．
