肝臓手術と漢方

文献概要

要旨：近年，消化器病領域における漢方薬の有用性は，肝臓疾患に限らずさまざまな分野において研究が行われ，報告されている．大建中湯は，術後腸閉塞の予防効果だけでなく門脈血流量の増加，術後の血中アンモニア値の改善効果などが報告され，当教室においても以前より肝切除術後の患者に対する有用性に注目してきた．当教室における腸管切除を伴わない肝切除患者40名を対象とした検討においても，術後に生じる右半結腸の蠕動低下に対して大建中湯による改善効果が認められている．これらの研究結果を中心とし，肝臓外科学の分野における漢方薬に対する考えを述べる．
