要旨：Organ/space SSI（臓器・体腔感染）は縫合不全や遺残膿瘍などの手術操作を加えた部位に発生した腹腔内感染で，surgical site infection（SSI）のなかでは最も重症な合併症である．Organ/space SSIでは早期診断，早期治療が重要であり，診断には超音波検査やCT検査が有用である．治療としては，適切なドレナージ術と抗菌薬投与が重要であり，症例によって超音波ガイド下ドレナージやCTガイド下ドレナージ，手術的ドレナージが選択される．
