当科における腹腔鏡下腹壁ヘルニア根治術13例の検討とわれわれの工夫

はじめに

　腹壁瘢痕ヘルニアや腹壁ヘルニアに対する腹腔鏡下手術（laparoscopic incisional and ventral herniorraphy：以下，LIVH）は1993年にLeBlancら^1）が報告して以来欧米を中心に広く行われており，近年わが国でも報告例を散見するようになった．しかし，わが国では未だ保険適用を受けていないこともあって，標準術式としてはあまり普及していない．今回，当院でこの3年間に行ったLIVHの13例について報告するとともに，本術式の問題点に対して考察を加える．
