経皮内視鏡的胃瘻造設術後経過中に発症した横行結腸皮膚瘻の1例

はじめに

　経皮内視鏡的胃瘻造設術（percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy：以下，PEG）施行後2年で横行結腸皮膚瘻をきたし，保存的治療で改善した稀な症例を経験したので報告する．
