出血性ショックのため緊急胃全摘術を施行したMenetrier病の1例

文献概要

はじめに

　Menetrier病は胃底腺の増殖による巨大皺襞と低蛋白血症を呈する稀な疾患である．本症に貧血を伴った症例は少なくないが，大出血をきたすことはきわめて稀である^1,2）．

　今回，われわれは出血性ショックをきたし胃全摘術を施行したMenetrier病の1例を経験したので報告する．
