潰瘍性大腸炎の寛解期にS状結腸憩室炎穿通による腸腰筋膿瘍を生じた1例

はじめに

　炎症性腸疾患のうちCrohn病ではしばしば膿瘍や瘻孔形成などが認められるが^1），潰瘍性大腸炎（ulcerative colitis：以下，UC）ではきわめて少ないとされている^2,3）．

　今回，われわれは潰瘍性大腸炎の寛解期にS状結腸憩室炎穿通による腸腰筋膿瘍を形成した症例を経験したので報告する．
