大腸手術におけるimmunonutrition

要旨：手術などの侵襲に対するimmunonutritionは，周術期投与により感染性合併症を減少させることが示されている．しかしわが国では未だに食道癌手術以外の消化器手術においてimmunonutritionはあまり用いられていない．近年，国内でも大腸/下部消化管手術においてもimmunonutritionは感染予防やSSI防止に有用であることが報告されてきている．大腸/下部消化管手術でimmunonutritionを普及させていくためには，適応や投与方法などを確立し，手術症例での効果を検証していく必要がある．
