術後再発した腸間膜デスモイド腫瘍の1例

はじめに

　デスモイド腫瘍は増殖した線維芽細胞を主体とする軟部腫瘍である．遠隔転移はしないが，浸潤性に増殖して周囲臓器の圧迫や閉塞をきたし，外科切除後にも再発を繰り返すなど治療に難渋することが多い^1）．今回われわれは，腸間膜に発生したデスモイド腫瘍の切除後再発症例を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する．
