はじめに

　ヒルシュスプルング病（以下，H病）は診断が確定すれば外科的治療は必須であり，肛門側の無神経節腸管を切除し，口側の正常神経節腸管を肛門部に吻合する結腸プルスルー法（PT法）が行われる（図1）．腹腔鏡補助下PT法（LPT法）は1995年にGeorgesonによって考案された．本稿では，われわれの改良点を含めたLPT法について述べる．
