原発性および転移性肝癌に対する内視鏡下熱凝固療法の治療成績

はじめに

　マイクロ波およびラジオ波焼灼術は肝癌に対する熱凝固療法として普及してきている^1）．そのなかでも内視鏡下熱凝固療法は経皮的治療の欠点を補い，開胸・開腹下熱凝固療法と同等の治療効果が望める低侵襲治療として注目されている．しかし，その適応は限られ，手技的にも胸腔鏡の使用が必要になるなど煩雑な場合もあり，いまだ確立されていない．

　われわれは，肝細胞癌および転移性肝癌に対する内視鏡下熱凝固療法をより安全で容易に行うために手技に工夫を加えているので，本稿ではその手技を紹介するとともに治療成績を報告する．
