自壊したため緊急手術を行った巨大乳腺葉状腫瘍の1例

はじめに

　乳腺葉状腫瘍は原発性乳腺腫瘍の0.3～0.9％の比較的稀な腫瘍である^1）．増大が早く巨大になることもあるが，5kgを超える葉状腫瘍の報告例は数例程度である^2）．

　今回われわれは，自壊したため緊急手術を行った巨大葉状腫瘍を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
