弓部大動脈置換術後のMRSA縦隔炎に対してゲンチアナ・バイオレット塗布と大網被覆によりグラフト温存ができた1例

はじめに

　胸部大動脈人工血管置換術後の縦隔炎，人工血管感染は死亡率の高い重篤な合併症である^1）．しかも起炎菌がメチシリン耐性黄色ブドウ球菌（methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus：以下，MRSA）の場合には，その強い病原性と組織破壊性から救命はさらに困難と考えられる．今回われわれは，ゲンチアナ・バイオレット（ピオクタニン^®）を感染人工血管に塗布して使用し，有用と考えられたため文献的考察を加えて報告する．
