下部直腸進行癌に対する術前照射療法の治療成績

要旨：下部直腸癌に対する補助療法としての術前化学放射線療法の近年の動向から，本治療法の現状と問題点について検討した．また，最近の究極的肛門温存手術（intersphincteric resection：ISR）に補助療法として用いた術前化学放射線併用例について，その成績を紹介した．これらの結果から，いずれの補助療法群でも局所コントロールの改善を認めたが，解決すべき様々な問題点も明らかとなった．
