血栓閉塞した腹部大動脈瘤の1例

はじめに

　腹部大動脈瘤の血栓閉塞は比較的稀な病態で，その頻度は0.7～2.8％と報告されている^1,2）．今回，われわれは腹部大動脈瘤急性血栓閉塞例が慢性期に移行したと想われる症例を経験したので報告する．
