多発外傷を合併した外傷性胸部大動脈損傷の1例

はじめに

　鈍的多発外傷に伴う外傷性胸部大動脈損傷は受傷後24時間以内に大半が死亡するという非常に重篤な病態である^1）．今回われわれは，墜落外傷による外傷性胸部大動脈破裂と肝損傷，骨盤骨折の多発外傷によるショック状態で受診した患者に対してダメージコントロールを取り入れた緊急手術を行い救命した1例を経験したので報告する．
