食道癌外科治療におけるrandomized controlled trial

要旨：食道癌に対する術前・術後補助療法の有用性を示すランダム化比較試験（RCT）は数多くみられるものの，食道切除術式を対象とした大規模なRCTはほとんど行われていないのが実情である．しかし食道癌治療は集学的治療の時代を迎え，術前補助療法を軸に様々なRCTが今後も行われるものと考えられる．わが国の食道癌外科治療成績が国際的にも評価が高いことは異論のないところであるが，世界に通ずるエビデンスをさらに発信していくことが求められている．Japan Clinical Oncology Group（JCOG）に代表される国内多施設共同研究のさらなる成果が期待される．
