原発性肝癌外科治療におけるrandomized controlled trial

要旨：原発性肝癌，特に肝細胞癌に対する手術術式は，肝切除の安全性の向上を主たる狙いとして発達してきた．術後の長期予後の改善を目的とした術式は系統的切除のみである．それゆえ，手術の個々のテクニックの短期成績における有効性を検証した無作為化比較試験（randomized controlled trial：以下，RCT）は散見されるが，長期予後を評価した試験はきわめて少ない．現在進行中の研究を含め，今後の検討が待たれる．
