進行食道癌術後の胸壁・傍腹部大動脈周囲リンパ節再発に対しdocetaxel/nedaplatin/5-FU併用化学放射線療法が奏効した1例

はじめに

　食道癌術後再発症例に対しては，5-FU/cisplatin（以下，CDDP）併用化学療法（以下，FP療法）あるいはFP併用化学放射線療法（chemoradiation therapy：以下，CRT）が標準治療とされている^1～7）．当科では，FP療法後の食道癌再発・再燃症例に対しsecond-line therapyとしてのdocetaxel（以下，TXT）/CDDP/5-FU併用化学療法の有効性と安全性を報告してきた^8）．

　今回，われわれは進行食道癌に対する術後補助FP療法後の胸壁・傍腹部大動脈周囲リンパ節再発に対しTXT/nedaplatin（以下，CDGP）/5-FU併用CRTを行い，partial response（以下，PR）が得られた症例を経験したので報告する．
