ビノレルビン・トラスツズマブを併用投与したアンスラサイクリン・タキサン抵抗性の再発乳癌4例の検討

はじめに

　ビノレルビンは手術不能または再発乳癌に対して2005年5月に承認された．欧米ではfirst-lineとしても使用され，単剤で41～50％の奏効率が報告されている^1,2）．わが国では現在のところ，進行再発乳癌に対してアンスラサイクリン系薬剤，タキサン系薬剤に続くthird-line以降として使用されている．今回われわれは，アンスラサイクリン・タキサン既治療耐性病変を有する進行再発乳癌に対し，ビノレルビンとトラスツズマブを併用投与した4例について検討した．文献的な考察を加えて報告する．
