膵癌術後におけるgemcitabine療法のエビデンス

要旨：膵癌の治療成績の向上を目指し，1980年代から膵癌術後補助療法の研究が進められてきた．特にgemcitabineの登場以来，補助療法にも本薬剤を使用した臨床試験の結果が報告されてきている．代表的なCONKO-001試験では膵癌切除後のgemcitabine補助療法が補助療法なしと比較され，無再発生存期間および全生存期間の延長を認めた．この結果を受け，膵癌切除前後の補助療法としてgemcitabine＋αの治療法，放射線療法との組み合わせ，術前補助療法への応用が報告されている．Gemcitabineを使用した補助療法は膵癌治療成績の向上に有効であり，今後，よりよい治療法の開発が期待される．
