急性虫垂炎による虫垂重積症の1切除例

文献概要

はじめに

　虫垂重積症は1858年にMcKidd^1）によってはじめて報告された稀な疾患である．虫垂重積症の原因は虫垂癌や虫垂腺腫，特発性などが多いなかで，急性虫垂炎が原因となった症例は非常に稀である．

　今回われわれは，急性虫垂炎が原因となって発症した虫垂重積症の1切除例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する．
