肝癌診療ガイドラインの有効活用法

要旨：「肝癌診療ガイドライン」はevidence based medicine（EBM）の手法に則って2005年に作成され，この4年間で臨床現場に普及した．本稿では，外科医が頻回に使用すると考えられる治療アルゴリズムや有用と考えられるresearch questionについて解説を加える．また，2009年末に改訂版ガイドラインの発表を控えるため，その要点も併せて述べる．
