文献概要

要旨：わが国における甲状腺腫瘍診療ガイドラインは日本内分泌外科学会および日本甲状腺外科学会が主体となって現在開発中である．海外ではすでに複数のガイドラインが公開されているが，わが国の医療事情には合わない面もある．本稿では，2008年10月に始まったガイドラインの開発のこれまでの経緯と今後の展望を解説した．
