要旨：保存的治療に反応しない乳糜瘻については，外科的治療が選択される．この術前に乳糜瘻の瘻孔部位を診断しておくことは非常に重要であり，このために施行するリンパ管造影やリンパ管シンチグラフィは，現在でも欠くことのできない検査法である．また，近年ではリンパ管造影が乳糜瘻に対する治療法の選択肢の1つとなり得るのではないかという報告もみられる．本稿では，リンパ管造影とリンパ管シンチグラフィの手技や画像所見などについて，実際の乳糜瘻症例を提示し概説する．
