文献概要

■NBI,AFIの発見率の向上についてはcontroversialであり,さらなる検討が必要である.

■NBI,AFIは腫瘍/非腫瘍の鑑別や大腸腫瘍の質的診断(腺腫/癌)に臨床応用できる可能性が十分にある.

■今後はNBI,AFIの効果とlearning curve,inter-intra observer variabilityなどの関係を検討していく必要がある.
