文献概要

■直腸癌の手術において根治性と機能温存の両立をはかるためには，温存すべき自律神経と直腸周囲の膜構造の理解が必要不可欠である．

■手術で損傷しやすい神経は下腹神経および骨盤内臓神経，骨盤神経叢とその臓側枝である．

■神経温存のメルクマールとなる筋膜は下腹神経前筋膜およびDenonvilliers筋膜である．
