術後の直腸肛門機能検査

■術後排便機能障害の病態として，便貯留嚢，括約筋機能，直腸肛門反射，便排泄機能の低下が挙げられる．

■臨床症状による評価は，排便回数とともに便失禁をKirwan's grade評価やWexner's scoring評価で行う．

■直腸肛門機能検査として，直腸肛門内圧検査，直腸感覚検査，肛門管感覚検査，排便造影を経時的に行う．
