大腸癌に対する術後サーベイランス

■切除断端が陰性であれば，stage 0のサーベイランスは不要である．

■Stage I～IIIでは，術後5年間を目安とした定期的なサーベイランスを行う．

■原発巣の部位や進行度による再発様式の特徴を考慮したmodalityの選択が重要である．
