経肛門的内視鏡下マイクロサージェリーによる直腸局所切除

■経肛門的内視鏡下マイクロサージェリー（TEM）は直腸M癌に対する超低侵襲手術治療である．肛門縁から15cm程度までが適応となる．

■TEMにおいては双眼の実体顕微鏡を使用するため，極めて精密な3Dの視野の下で精緻な切除・縫合が行える．

■TEMの術後合併症発生率は非常に低く，筆者らは重篤なものは経験していない．
