文献概要

■腹膜播種は大腸癌全体の約5％にみられ，肝転移に次いで多い（同時性）転移形式である．

■大腸癌腹膜播種に対して，腹膜切除を伴う完全減量手術と術中温熱化学療法による積極的治療を行うことにより良好な成績が得られるとの報告が欧米のいくつかの施設からなされており，今後わが国においても検討の余地がある．

■腹膜偽粘液腫に対しては，腹膜切除を伴う完全減量手術と術中温熱化学療法が有効で，わが国における診断治療体系の早期確立が望まれる．
