文献概要

■切除不能進行・再発大腸癌に対する標準治療は確立されている．各種ガイドラインを参照し，患者に適切な治療法の選択が必要である．

■今後解決すべき化学療法の問題点は，分子標的治療薬に対するバイオマーカー検索，転移巣切除の際の「切除不能」の定義，高齢者対象のレジメン，医療費などが挙げられる．
