痔核結紮切除術を施行した患者の満足度における検討

要旨：痔核に対して結紮切除術（LE）を施行した患者の満足度を中心に検討した．【対象と方法】2001年1月～2008年12月の8年間に，当院で痔核に対して結紮切除術を施行した5,692例を対象とした．【結果】術後の皮垂は5.1％，肛門狭窄は2.1％に生じた．術後半年のアンケート調査による自覚症状は，突起物あり13％，狭窄感21％であった．切除した痔核の数と，狭窄感の発生では有意差を認めた．また，患者の満足度は術者の手術経験数と有意な相関関係を認めた．【考察】患者の訴える皮垂や狭窄感が実際の診察で認められるよりはるかに多く存在すると思われた．このことに留意して，術後の肛門診察に臨むべきである．また，患者の高い満足度を得るには，十分な手術経験が必要であることが示唆された．
