文献概要

要旨：Natural orifice translumenal endoscopic surgery（NOTES）の論文報告を臨床例を中心に紹介し，現況と今後の展望についてまとめた．NOTESの基礎研究は2004年に始まり，2007年から本格的に臨床応用されるようになった．それから3年が経過し，腹腔鏡デバイスの補助を利用したhybrid NOTESによる臨床例は年々増加している．Pure NOTESの実現を目指した機器開発とともに，臨床試験による有用性の評価が今後の重要な課題である．
