重症肥満に対する腹腔鏡下袖状胃切除術の成績―体重減少と肥満関連併存疾患の改善

要旨：われわれが施行した腹腔鏡下袖状胃切除術（laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy：LSG）の術後成績，特に体重減少と肥満関連併存疾患の改善について報告する．対象は2005年10月から2009年9月まで施行されたLSGの40例である．術後3か月，6か月，12か月，18か月目の平均体重減少はそれぞれ21.2±7.5kg，29.1±10.9kg，35.7±18.2kg，37.0±13.6kgであった．肥満関連併存疾患の改善率は術後1年経過後で83～100％であり，高い改善率が得られた．われわれの施行したLSGは諸外国の報告と同様に良好な体重減少，肥満併存疾患改善率が得られた．LSGはわが国でも今後広く行われていく可能性がある術式と思われた．
