CT lymphography補助下乳癌センチネルリンパ節生検の検討

要旨：【目的】原発性乳癌に対するセンチネルリンパ節生検（SLNB）におけるCT lymphography（CTLG）の意義について検討した．【対象と方法】CTLGの施行された原発性乳癌47例を対象とした．【結果】CTLGでは腋窩へ流入するリンパ流とセンチネルリンパ節（SLN）は，47例全例で描出された．色素法によるSLNBでは3例（9.7％）でリンパ管，リンパ節が染色されていなかったが，CTLGで指摘されたSLNを周囲組織とともに摘出することで，全例においてSLNが同定可能であった．【結論】一般的に併用法と比べ同定率が低いとされている色素法の欠点をCTLGは補完できるものと思われた．
